Postpone SOTU Speech

Please tell me you are aware that Putin is attempting to manipulate the SOTU speech with this timing. I think President Biden should come out and say the state of the union is that we are an island in a world in crisis. Right now is not the time to talk about the state of our union - but a time to talk about worldwide unity against horrific oppressors. We must respond to Putin decisively. Give a speech and address the country, but postpone the actual state of the union speech until it is a more appropriate time. Children are dying!!! I do not want to hear about the state of our union right now.
