Congressional Democrats: speak up against the illegal freeze of all federal aid!

I am writing to speak out against President Trump's actions on Monday in freezing all federal aid. This is blatantly illegal; the Executive Branch can't unilaterally decide to ignore laws that were passed by Congress, especially when it comes to financial aid. Congress must take action, and clarify how they will stop the freeze and ensure that the millions who are directly impacted by financial aid will not be harmed. Congressional Democrats need to SPEAK OUT and RESIST Trump’s illegal and immoral actions. His goal is to confuse and silence us. We can’t allow this to happen! This is not a time for compliance!
