Stop the Trump Administration's Voter Suppression Campaign

You need to act now to block the Trump administration's coordinated assault on our elections. DHS Secretary Mullin has openly stated that ICE agents could be deployed to polling sites, while simultaneously fabricating voter fraud statistics to justify it. DHS claimed over 250,000 noncitizens are illegally registered to vote in four states — then could only produce evidence on 185 voters in Nevada alone. This isn't enforcement. It's a pretext. The legal violations here are not subtle. 18 U.S.C. § 592 explicitly prohibits armed federal agents at polling locations. Yet ICE is spending up to $5 million to aggregate voter registration files, and another $125 million to access Thomson Reuters' CLEAR database — which includes Social Security numbers, ethnicity, and geolocation data — all to manufacture an election fraud crisis that the Brennan Center confirms is vanishingly rare. The Supreme Court has already cleared the way for Trump's executive order on "State Citizenship Lists" to go nationwide, despite the Constitution giving states and Congress — not the president — authority over elections. This is voter intimidation at a federal scale, timed to the midterms. Investigate these procurement contracts, challenge the executive order, and use every tool available to ensure voters can cast their ballots without federal agents at the door.
