Demand Equal Accountability for Epstein Associates in the United States

The arrest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor by Thames Valley Police on February 19, 2025, demonstrates that no one should be above the law, regardless of their position or privilege. He was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office related to allegations that he shared confidential documents with Jeffrey Epstein in 2010 while serving as a U.K. trade envoy. This offense carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment in the United Kingdom. The arrest followed the U.S. Justice Department's release of millions of Epstein files containing emails and photographs that appeared to show Epstein receiving reports connected to Mountbatten-Windsor's official visits to Vietnam, Singapore, and China. British authorities took decisive action based on this evidence, conducting searches at properties in Norfolk and Berkshire and coordinating with overseas law enforcement. In stark contrast, no comparable arrests have been made in the United States despite the extensive evidence contained in those same Epstein files. House Oversight Committee Democrats, including Rep. Robert Garcia, have called this a "White House cover-up" and requested testimony from individuals connected to Epstein. Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has also criticized the lack of Epstein-related arrests in America. Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who died by suicide in 2024 after alleging she was trafficked to Mountbatten-Windsor when she was 17, deserves justice. Her family stated that their "broken hearts have been lifted" by the arrest and called it a "first step" for survivors everywhere. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer affirmed that "nobody is above the law" and that this principle "has to apply in this case in the same way it would in any other case." I urge you to demand full accountability for all individuals connected to Jeffrey Epstein's criminal network, regardless of their wealth, power, or political connections. American survivors deserve the same commitment to justice that British authorities have demonstrated.
