An open letter to the U.S. Senate (Texas only)

100 Fraudulent Votes Out of 1.5 Billion Cast. Cornyn to Disenfranchise Millions

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

On March 11, you reversed a decades-long stance, supporting ending the filibuster to pass the SAVE America Act. You called the elimination of the filibuster a “wrecking ball” as recently as October. Now, you’re in a runoff against Ken Paxton, chasing a Trump endorsement. The timing speaks for itself. The bill is based on a false fraud claim. The Heritage Foundation found just 100 noncitizen voting cases out of 1.5 billion ballots since 2000, less than 0.000007%. No case ever changed an election outcome. Kansas’ similar law blocked 31,000 eligible voters but stopped almost no noncitizens. Over 21 million Americans lack easy access to a passport or birth certificate. Women changing their names, rural Texans, elderly voters, and students could lose legal voting rights. Using debunked lies to deny votes isn't election integrity. It's an attack on voting rights. Withdraw support for filibuster elimination and oppose the SAVE America Act.
