Vote YES, support and cosponsor the Trade Review Act of 2025. It is my understanding, from what I've read in news articles and heard about the bill so far, that it is a bipartisan bill that would require Congress to approve President Trump’s tariffs. The legislation would limit Trump’s ability to impose tariffs without the approval of Congress. The Act would require the president to notify Congress of new tariffs, provide an explanation of the reasoning for the action, and require the administration to provide an assessment of the potential impact of imposing or increasing the duty on U.S. businesses and consumers.
