Protect Free Speech: Veto AB 446

Governor Evers, I am writing to express my opposition to AB 446, which would change the working definition of anti-semitism in Wisconsin to include criticism of Israel. This bill is an infringement on free speech and conflates criticism of Israel with anti-semitism. This bill does nothing to make our communities safer - rather, it is a poorly disguised attempt to silence the pro-Palestine movement and to set a precedent of criminalizing political speech. Should this bill find its way to your desk, I demand you VETO it. We must stop prioritizing the rights of a foreign, genocidal state over the rights of Wisconsin residents.
