Greetings. I am a voting constituent in rural west Texas. Wow. As I was just sitting here, wondering just how low the GOP is willing to go in order to try and retain power, our Governor just supplied the answer. Stop feeding babies. He says this without apology. Publicly. Proudly. Without shame. And certainly without a human bone in his pro-life body. Stop feeding babies. Of course it only applies to babies he considers unworthy, such as immigrants in detention awaiting adjudication of one kind or another. How many babies are we talking about? 100s? 1000s? And would starving them solve the problem of our country relying on too few formula producers to produce for the entire American baby population? Stop feeding babies. You, sir, have hit your own personal rock bottom. And I expect you’ll have a lot of company in the days to come. Because y’all definitely have a race to the bottom and no one wants to be at the end of that line. Monstrous.
