Sign the “Right to Contraception Act” (AB383) without delay

I support you are signing AB383, the ‘Right to Contraception Act,’ into law. Some Nevada lawmakers have proactively responded to other state actions that prevent citizens from accessing contraception and reproductive health care. A prime example is the action in Texas to suspend the FDA’s approval of the abortion drug Mifepristone. Placing such a bill as AB383 into law here in Nevada would enshrine a person’s right to contraception, preventing any possible federal or local government interference. It’s the right thing to do.
