Requests for the DHS Appropriations Bill negotiations

The DHS appropriations bill... If they are not willing to negotiate, then let them shut down the government. Stop this insanity and crimes against humanity. Reasonable, ethical, and logical requests I want you to bring forth during negotiations: Abolish Administrative warrants. Judicial warrants only. Agents are no longer allowed to conceal their faces. Clearly marked and identifiable vehicles. Mandatory body cameras on all agents. Clear visible and legible ID on all agents. Put a freeze on all new detention centers. No children in detention centers. Sanctuary spaces restored (Schools, places of worship, etc). No disappearing detainees. Guaranteed access to lawyers for detainees. Free phone use for detainees. Compulsive oversight for state and local officials. Reasonable and logical vetting and training of agents. Non-lethal use of force prioritized. No legal immunity for ICE and CBP agents if they violate constitutional rights. Thank you.
