Enact HR 3069 & Repair The Damage Done To Our Healthcare In The US

I am your constituent and I want you to remember what Trump and his greedy cronies did to our health care in 1 year. Doubling and tripling premiums for over 22 million hardworking Americans, including small business owners, farmers, and older adults. Cut over $1 trillion from Medicaid and the ACA to pay for handouts to the wealthiest Americans. Threatening to shutter over 330 hospitals, 570 nursing homes, and hundreds of clinics across the country that rely on Medicaid funding to keep their doors open, forcing more Americans to travel further for maternity care and emergency rooms, and face longer wait times. Giving away $9 billion to drug companies at Medicare’s expense, which will drive up the cost of prescription drugs for seniors and taxpayers. Skyrocketing the burden of uncompensated care, which will likely shift billions of dollars in additional costs to people with employer-based coverage. Sabotaging our nation’s public health, including by overruling experts on vaccine policy and replacing every member of the nation’s top national vaccine advisory panel. Cut Medicaid funding for 6 months to blue state Minnesota claiming fraud but it will only punish the poor. Implementing prior authorizations for Medicare for 6 states for 6 years for a set or important procedures (some of which I had to have). Put anti vaccine, conspiracy mongers who don’t understand the scientific method or statistics works in charge of HHS and the CDC and the FDA ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We need health insurance that works, like a published insurance trust paying private providers for all of us. It is way cheaper than what we do now and would cover everyone WITH NO MEDICAL BANKRUPTCIES.
