I’m writing to you today to ask for a pardon for Leonard Peltier. The US has an ugly history of racism and oppression of Native peoples. It’s long past time to right some of these wrongs. A great start would be the release and pardon of Peltier. Please do the right thing and let’s do better by our Native fellows.
