DEFUND ICE. DO NOT CAVE. Stop the fascism & concentration camps

ICE are monsters. ICE and CBP agents flout the constitution and kill more people than immigrants. I am outraged and horrified by ICE crimes, abuse, brutality and dangerous cruel concentration camp conditions. You've seen the latest news too: A teacher run over and killed by a vehicle out of control. An infant denied medical care. Children's drawings stolen by ICE to conceal evidence. Dirty water and maggots in food. People who are not criminals treated with racist abuse and kept in conditions not allowed by the criminal justice system. Electronic surveillance to detect critical views. Persecution of those who stand for the constitution. -- is this okay with you? Is this what our veterans fought and gave their lives for in WWII? Is this how you want to be remembered? As an enabler of the American Dachau? If you claim to be a follower of Jesus, is this how he teaches you to treat the foreigner and the stranger? If you have no decency, then consider the costs, now and in the future. Someday there will be lawsuits, accountability, and justice: have you budgeted for that? The cost of detaining a legal immigrant -- instead of allowing them to work and pay taxes -- is huge. It takes that person's role in the community, work, and taxes, out of the system and gives profit to the concentration center (aka detention center) mega corps. The costs for all this are sky high and could fund programs to end hunger, homelessness and medical inequity. Consider: "ICE announced they're going to spend more than $38 billion to detain thousands of more people. With that amount of money, we could end homelessness, extend the Affordable Care Act subsidies, or provide school lunches to every kid in America." Consider: "The Trump administration spent ~40,000,000 of our tax dollars on shady third-country deportations of people the courts were trying to protect. With that money, USAID could have saved the lives of 25 million children with severe malaria." The massively inflated cash given to ICE in the "big beautiful bill" was a blank check for fascism. You have surely heard the speeches in the European Union condemning US fascism? Your votes and appropriations funded this. You own every death. No funds for ICE. DEMAND all conditions be met: no compromise. There is no negotiating with liars and constitution wreckers. Defund ICE. REMOVE Noem, Homan, Stephen Miller. IMPEACH TRUMP.
