Oppose Nomination of Emil Bove

I am writing as a North Carolina resident to urge you to oppose the nomination of Emil Bove to the federal bench. Judicial nominees must demonstrate a consistent and principled commitment to the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the impartial administration of justice. Mr. Bove’s record casts serious doubt on his independence and his fitness to serve as a fair and trustworthy judge. Please oppose his nomination. The judiciary must remain above partisan or political vendettas—and the American people deserve judges who will uphold the law without fear or favor.
