An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Condemn deportations violating due process and human rights.

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

The Trump administration's actions to deport alleged gang members without due process circumvent legal requirements and threaten core democratic principles. Denying individuals the right to fair hearings, subjecting them to potential abuse and mistreatment in inhumane prisons, and utilizing wartime powers without Congressional approval represent an unacceptable violation of human rights and the rule of law. These extreme measures to expel migrants must cease immediately. Protecting due process rights and upholding legal and ethical norms are essential to preserving justice and human dignity.
