An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Protect Public Access to Health Information

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

We are rapidly and abruptly losing valuable health information due to orders signed by Trump. Physician Jeremy Faust, on his blog Inside Medicine, highlights how studies on cancer, heart disease, and other conditions are being pulled from publication. Public information about cancer screening, teen health, bird flu, and other contagious diseases is also disappearing. A leading virus specialist warned, "It’s like a data apocalypse." While grassroots efforts have restored some databases, the future of our health information is at risk. Many of these data sources and studies are funded by our tax dollars. I need you to fight for my right to access this information!
