Please implement immediate and severe sanctions against Putin’s regime including:
1. Full-blocking sanctions against all major state-owned Russian banks.
2. Block investment in and financing for all Russian oil & gas projects.
3. Announce plans to reduce Russia's oil exports in phases over time.
4. Announce additional funding for R&D and implementation of alternative energy.
Block the Central Bank of Russia and secondary sanctions against third parties that transact with listed Russian entities.
Freeze or seize the assets of Russian citizens with ties to the regime or to members of the Duma who voted for this illegal invasion.
Encourage our allies, the EU, UK, Japan, Canada and others to join us in these measures Invoke Article 4 immediately to defend Ukraine.
