Potential Merger requires Conflict of interest review

Im writing to urge the Senator to support a formal conflict-of-interest review before the proposed Paramount - WB merger closes. The government must require strong data firewalls and full transparency around Oracle’s role. This isn’t just a Hollywood deal — it affects who controls what information we see, how our sensitive data is used, how much competition exists, and whether conflicts of interest are properly examined. There is too much at stake for this to move forward without serious oversight. The Senator needs to act. Thanks.
