Protect vulnerable Americans - maintain essential funding

The policies proposed in this budget resolution risk causing substantial harm to vulnerable Americans by cutting funding for programs that provide essential support and services for American families. Do not cut funding for American families. That money is allocated to keep children from starving and families from going homeless. During an economic recession, this decision to cut funding to feed hungry Americans or to provide healthcare for disabled, elderly, and sick Americans will cause death. Do not lose sight of what this will cause the citizens that elected you into your positions. It is your duty to represent the citizens that elected you into your positions. No Americans deserve to endure greater suffering and death for a tax cut to the top earners in the world.
