Impeach and convict

A Capitol police officer was murdered by violent far-right insurgents doing the bidding of the President. 56 officers were hospitalized during the siege on the Capitol building. Far-right extremists came armed and prepared to take hostages or worse, putting all of you in harm's way and threatening to eliminate the chain of succession. Gov. Hogan reported that his requests to send MD National Guard support were denied by the Pentagon, whose leadership was gutted last month by the President, perhaps in preparation for these events. Complicity on the part of the military takes this riot from an insurrection to a coup attempt. You must impeach and convict now.
