Protect California homeowners from Edison’s attack on solar consumers

The amended version of AB 942 continues to pose a threat to solar consumers by breaking existing solar contracts and harming everyday Californians to benefit utility companies. This bill would slash solar credits and impose a solar tax, undermining the state's progress on renewable energy and breaking promises made to solar customers. Instead of punishing those who invested in clean energy, the focus should be on reining in utility spending on infrastructure and operations, which is the true driver of rising rates. I urge you to stand with your constituents and oppose any form of AB 942 or amendments that would jeopardize rooftop solar adoption and violate the agreements made with solar households, schools and businesses.
