Your Sedition

You signed an amicus brief in support of Ken Paxton’s insane attempt to overthrow a democratic election and to disenfranchise millions of Americans. How dare you! You have placed your wretched fealty to Donald Trump, who lost the election by almost 6 million votes, over the Constitution, our democratic process, and the sanctity of the vote. You and your fellow travelers have decided that the only votes in this country that count are the ones that go your way. That is NOT how democracy works. You don’t get to throw out other states’ votes because you don’t like them. Imagine California getting to decide the voters of the First District can’t elect you. THAT’S what you’re doing. You are a disgrace to Texas and to all who love this country. You have been for a while, as well as an embarrassment, but this is a new low, even for you. You do not deserve to sit in the U. S. House of Representatives, and you have abdicated any right ever to proclaim your love for the Constitution again. You have just spat upon it and declared yourself in opposition to it. You disgust me.
