The Trump administration’s rescission package, H.R. 4, has passed in the House and now a vote in the Senate is expected today or tomorrow. This bill cuts NPR and PBS; it codifies the billions in DOGE cuts for USAID, global health and peacekeeping, clean technology and more.    More importantly, this bill seeks to claw back congressionally approved funding. It is making a mockery of Congress’ decision making authority. It makes a mockery of you, Senator. You must vote “ NO” on these ill-conceived and unconstitutional DOGE cuts.   I am writing to demand that you oppose H.R. 4, the Rescissions Act of 2025.
