No AI Industry Power Grab

I’m writing to ask where you stand on the provision in the current budget bill that would prohibit states from regulating AI for 10 years. That kind of sweeping federal overreach is deeply concerning, and I’d expect you to oppose it. This provision undermines state authority and hands too much power to tech companies at a time when AI urgently needs thoughtful, local oversight. I strongly urge you to oppose this provision and work to ensure it is removed from any final bill. Frankly, this entire bill is full of unacceptable giveaways, and I hope you will vote no unless it is dramatically improved.
