CONGRESS MUST ACT BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE As members of Congress, you swore an oath to DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION, NOT A SINGLE MAN. If Trump is allowed to continue unchecked, the consequences will be catastrophic. I URGE YOU TO: 1. DEFEND THE LEGITIMACY OF OUR ELECTIONS — Reject baseless claims of fraud and protect election integrity. 2. HOLD HEARINGS ON THE DANGERS OF POLITICAL VIOLENCE — Address those who incite it. 3. PROTECT JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE — Reinforce consequences for those who DEFY COURT ORDERS. 4. CONDEMN ATTACKS ON THE PRESS, PROSECUTORS, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES — Prevent the government from being used as a tool for retribution. THIS IS BIGGER THAN POLITICS This is not about supporting or opposing Trump’s policies. THIS IS ABOUT WHETHER THE UNITED STATES REMAINS A DEMOCRACY or falls to authoritarian rule.
