Defend states' rights, rein in executive overreach on immigration

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

The deployment of federal immigration agents to conduct enforcement actions raises grave concerns about overreach of federal authority and a threat to states' rights under the 10th Amendment. Forcibly federalizing the National Guard without the consent of state leaders is an unconstitutional abuse of power that undermines local control. We must urgently rein in this executive overreach and uphold the principles of federalism enshrined in our Constitution. Impeachment proceedings should be initiated to address this Constitutional crisis and restore the proper balance between federal and state governments.
