Oppose Zinke’s racist proposed legislation

I am writing today because an article in The Hill just published an article that Rep. Zinke has proposed a dangerous and racist piece of legislation to expel Palestinian immigrants from the US and prevent future immigration from Palestine. I am very afraid that we are approaching levels of Islamophobia not seen in our country and our legislature since 9/11. We need to support the innocent people of Palestine, just as we need to support innocent Jews from rising antisemitism. This has been an extremely difficult month, and I am begging you to govern with humanity, and help prevent our people, and our allies across the world from making horrific mistakes that lead to the death and suffering of innocent people. I know this is a delicate line to walk, but we cannot lose our humanity. Please oppose Rep. Zinke’s abhorrent proposal.
