Postal service Disaster

I am appalled that our postal service is so poorly run that my bank has to tell me: "This means that mail sent from us to you, as well as mail you may send to us, may be delayed. "Your statements and letters may get to you later than you have been used to. "Any payments you send via mail may take longer to get to us, resulting in late charges or credit bureau impact, depending on the timing of when you mailed it."
