Based on the information provided by the US Department of Justice website (www. ojp. gov), the federal statute of limitations for the crime of perjury is five years. As the definition outlining the requirements for proving perjury makes clear, the four elements of perjury have been met in the testimony of Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett. They each took an oath to testify truthfully, they willfully made a false statement contrary to that oath in the written opinion that has been leaked, based on that opinion it is obvious they believed the statements they made before Congress to be untrue, and, finally, the statements made are definitely related to a material fact—a woman’s right to choose. Today, I am writing to implore you to take action to hold these scoundrels accountable for their crimes. Not to mention the indelicate situation surrounding Justice Thomas and his wife.
If you review the facts and circumstances here, you have to agree with me that the court has become corrupt and incapable of making impartial rulings while being stewarded by traitors and perjurers.
