Use your Emergency Authority to protect our state from Federal Lawlessness!

You have the authority as Governor of this state to declare an emergency when our safety is in jeopardy. Unfortunately, the Federal Government has demonstrated defiance against the US Constitution in multiple ways and is now encroaching upon the rights of ordinary citizens and inhabitants of our state, thereby breaking laws determined by our STATE Constitution! As Governor, you have the executive authority to direct state police to enforce state criminal law against anyone who assaults, abducts, or unlawfully detains a resident. Anyone with a federal badge MUST comply with town, city, county, or states laws and therefore cannot assault our neighbors without a legal warrant. As Governor, you have the authority to sign an executive order requiring every armed agent in the state to show a face, a name, and appropriate legal STATE authority when addressing an inhabitant or visitor of our state. You can dictate the need for a body cam when approaching a citizen of this state and can prohibit invasive equipment such as AI glasses or the horrific shock gloves introduced illegally by ICE agents who are no longer compliant with the US Constitution . You can refuse extradition of any state citizen or inhabitants who has been illegally detained by rogue federal agents and demand a return of our neighbors for legal due process in our state. As Governor, you can declare emergency measures to ensure that our elections are free from outside influences and can demand the arrest of anyone who interferes with the 2026 election process of this state. This could include federal ICE agents at the polls, foreign and corporate funding of candidates from money sources outside this state, and any technical hacking of voter equipment by unlawful agents both foreign or federal. As Governor, you can legally pursue all legal means to protect our state citizens from sex crimes, financial crimes, or any other crimes connected to to the Epstein Files since the Federal DOJ refuses to comply with the Epstein Transparency Law and victims living in this state require justice. Please assert your legal authority as Governor of this state to protect your citizens from the unconstitutional, illegal, and Fascist actions of a rogue Federal government that has chosen to obey a tyrannical thief and his minions over the US constitution. Please hold any representative of our state accountable for being complicit to any unlawful act against your state constituents in behalf of this Federal display of unlawfulness.
