This country is becoming more divided by the day, especially with Trump governing only for the people who voted for him, and never once reaching out to others, never engaging in healthy debate, never seeing other points of view, thinking only of himself and his personal grievances. What is the rest of the country supposed to do, Senator? Are you ever going to reach across the aisle? Or are you simply going to stay silent to protect your short-term political status? Do you have the slightest bit of honor and integrity left, or have you sold it to Donald Trump? Is this really who you are, Senator? You want to be remembered simply as a Trump appeaser? You know how history will treat him - are you willing to link your legacy with that? Texans wait and wait and wait - and all they get from you is appeasement or silence.
