HALT GSA’s Purchases of ICE Facilities.

Please immediately prohibit General Services Administration from buying more space for ICE facilities. The existing space was purchased without the proper procedure of selecting bidders. And worse, purchases were carried out in secret from the public. There is a list of facilities all over the country that have been purchased for ICE.
