Investigate the Epstein Files and Prosecute Every Perpetrator

I need your help to investigate the Epstein Files now.
The October 26 House Judiciary Democrats’ report detailing accounts involving 11 women, FBI records, and Epstein documents demands immediate, independent scrutiny. 5 women directly accuse Donald Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s presence. The report also raises questions about whether federal officials improperly withheld evidence or interfered with investigations. These allegations require impartial investigation—not political excuses or predetermined conclusions.
The DOJ’s July 2025 memo reportedly declared there was no basis to pursue additional Epstein co-conspirators. Now, congressional investigators are raising questions about that conclusion and the handling of evidence. If officials helped bury evidence, obstructed investigations, or shielded suspects, investigate them, too. No one gets a pass.
Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405) to require disclosure of records. Releasing millions of pages is not delivering justice. A document dump cannot substitute for investigating credible leads, protecting witnesses, and prosecuting crimes.
I demand that Congress take these specific actions immediately:
-Launch bipartisan, independent oversight into the handling of Epstein-related investigations, including allegations of evidence suppression, improper redactions, and political interference.
-Demand a full accounting from the DOJ and FBI of investigative leads, withheld records, declined prosecutions, and the legal justification for each decision. Refer evidence of misconduct for independent investigation.
-Appoint an independent special counsel where legally warranted, free from political interference, to investigate credible allegations against every potential co-conspirator, regardless of wealth, celebrity, political affiliation, or royal status.
-Refer credible evidence to the appropriate federal, state, and foreign prosecutors. Pursue every legally supportable charge, and explain publicly when prosecution is declined, subject to legitimate investigative and privacy restrictions.
-Protect survivors and compel lawful compliance with disclosure requirements. Preserve evidence, prevent retaliation, safeguard victims’ identities, and hold ALL accountable for unlawful obstruction or noncompliance.
Let me be absolutely clear: appearing in the Epstein files does not, by itself, prove criminal conduct. But neither fame, political power, money, nor connections should protect anyone from a legitimate investigation.
These survivors deserve more than political theater. They deserve the truth, accountability, and justice under the law.
YOU have the authority and the duty to conduct oversight. Use it. Investigate every credible lead. Prosecute every perpetrator the evidence supports. Stop protecting the powerful at the expense of the vulnerable.
I expect action and a written response explaining what you will do—not another excuse for doing nothing.
