Cruz must resign

Senator Cruz: I didn’t even bother to communicate my feelings about the impeachment vote, because I knew you would just whimper as you continue to lick Trump’s boots. But once again, you have demonstrated your utter contempt for your constituents. What were you thinking? Does issuing a lame statement absolve you from responsibility during this weather crisis? Texans are without gas, electricity, and water - and you go on a tropical vacation? Your girls are old enough to understand that you have responsibilities and obligations that transcend their selfish demands. You could — and should — have told them “no.” You are unfit for the office you hold.
