End the filibuster

The filibuster was created to protect slavery. If we are a nation committed to justice, to economic justice, to environmental justice, to the radical idea of liberty and justice for all, we must abolish the filibuster. We the people gave you a mandate to improve our lives, all our lives, and you can’t do that if you’re giving authority to those who actively fight against justice. They recently supported a coup attempt, an armed insurrection in our Capitol. They planned to murder you. There is no acceptable power share with violent seditionists. Be bold. Act now. Abolish the filibuster. Fight to improve our lives. Make liberty and justice all our reality.
