An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Don’t let Trump stiff small businesses and workers

2 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

As I continue to read the news regarding the fallout of the indiscriminate axe that is being taken to the federal government, I have to wonder how many lawyers my tax dollars are going to have to pay to clean up this unlawful business. I see where USAID contractors are being stiffed for $100+ million in already delivered services and $500 million in contracted business. Trump is doing what Trump does, stiffing the small business owners and working men and women who have limited power to respond. Do you really want to be part of that. Congress appropriated the money and congress gets to say how it is spent. It is the president’s duty to spend that money. That is the law and he should follow it. If you want cuts, corral your caucus and pass them. Don’t hide behind the big bully. It makes you worse than cowards.
