Notice to Congress that they are failing the US Bill of Rights

Quoting from the United States Declaration of Independence: "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government," The current form of government under President Trump and the Republican Party, with the aid of Democrats, NO LONGER REPRESENTS the United States citizens! It is our right to abolish the executive branch and the legislative branch and form a new government. You are hereby notified that you no longer represent American citizens. We recognize that you are incapable of making decisions as directed by the people that elected you. Therefore it is time for you to dissolve the government and allow us to appoint a citizen board to form a new government.
