Stop ICE From Harming Children and Wrongfully Detaining U.S. Citizens

Support legislation that strengthens civil rights protections, restricts ICE involvement near schools, and requires immediate verification of citizenship claims. Publicly oppose any immigration enforcement practice that targets children, mixed-status families, schools, or individuals who have a constitutional right to be free from wrongful detention. No agency should be allowed to operate without oversight, and no child — especially a U.S. citizen — should fear being seized by federal agents while walking to lunch. I urge you to speak out, act quickly, and protect the people you were elected to represent. ICE must not be allowed to continue violating rights, harming children, and undermining the rule of law.
