Pete Hegseth’s upcoming meeting on September 30 with the top brass of the military at Quantico is a loyalty test. It will be shrouded within the context of “protectionism,” but will surely include a loyalty oath to support unnecessary foreign wars, such as a possible presence in Venezuela, as well as a direct effort to engage military forces domestically in our own cities, pitting our military against its own citizens. Many of their current actions are already unconstitutional. Most of all, this meeting will filter out those within the military’s leadership who are not fully “betrothed” to Trump’s agenda. I suspect any leadership that opposes anything other than blind loyalty to this administration will be purged along with thousands of other government employees targeted for release in the event of a government shutdown. I urge you to connect with your military contacts, confirm the purpose of this meeting, and take Congressional action to suppress these actions and maintain a balanced, informed, and objective leadership within our military. Once Trump secures their loyalty, our voice as a people and power as an electorate will be openly challenged with control, intimidation, and violence.
