I am absolutely horrified that The Department of Homeland Security is now moving to equip ICE officers with gloves capable of delivering electrical shocks. This administration keeps finding new ways to make an egregiously aggressive immigration enforcement operation even more militarized. Please do all in your power to stop this dangerous and inhumane plan.
