This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that Hitler advised his followers that certain demographics were stealing their jobs, their titles, their money, and their ability to be great? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that the Nazi party used henchmen to forcibly kidnap people from their homes, their jobs, and the streets? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that Hitler enforced a ban on certain demographics ability to drive? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that Hitler compelled schools to teach the tenets of the Nazi party as part of their curriculum? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that Nazi Germany built special facilities to detain and deport citizens? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that Hitler urged certain people to willingly leave their homes and their country, and then endorsed a rewards system for Germans who reported their neighbors? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that upon completion of the camps, the brown shirts started detaining and deporting people to these facilities without the benefit of counsel or due process? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that Hitler enforced a labor system within those camps without little to no compensation for their toils? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that the SS denied access to the camps or limited access to the camps on behalf of humanitarian aid groups and ambassadors? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know Hitler controlled the media? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But did you know that by the end, Hitler had expanded his reign of terror to include the handicapped, the mentally ill, the homosexuals, and pretty much anyone who opposed him? This letter is not about Nazi Germany… But if you replace the word Hitler with the word Trump, this letter becomes a narrative on the United States of America… which rings completely true against the background of Nazi Germany.
