Coming up to the anniversary of January 6, when rioting under the direction of President Trump attempted to overthrow and kill members of Congress, I ask that you support voting rights to ensure that we continue our democracy. I don’t think anybody can look on the events of January 6 and think that it was OK for anyone to claim falsely that President Biden did not win the election and encourage the capitol rights. Congress must stop the fawning of ex president Trump and Republicans and Democrats must work together to make sure that the far right does not take over this wonderful country.
