Stop Medicare Advantage Cheating U.S. Government & Enact Universal Healthcare

I am your constituent and I just learned that Kaiser Permanente has been cheating Medicare by upcoding their Medicare Advantage patients to make them appear sicker than they are and then extracting larger payments for them from the federal government. The Department of Justice will penalize them and it will likely be to the tune of $1 billion. Worse yet, according to a recent academic analysis of Medicare Advantage plans 93% of Medicare Advantage insurers do the same thing resulting in almost $100 billion lost every year. You can fix this waste fraud and abuse by implementing Universal healthcare for all of us, which will save the United Sates about $750 billion every year and cover all of us cradle to grave.
