A new year and a new opportunity to stop supporting treason.

In recently released testimony, it is clear beyond a reasonable doubt that Donald J Trump attempted to reverse the results of the 2020 presidential election and intended to overthrow the duly elected government of the United States of America, and stole highly classified information and obstructed justice. As a nation we have rarely seen the very roots, the very substance that makes our democracy, our electoral process and constitution so brazenly attacked. This is a far greater threat to the continuance of our great nation than an attack of naval vessels in Pearl Harbor, or the World Trade Center in New York. This is not an attack that results in loss of life, economic strength or military hardware, it is an attack on how our country functions, our constitution and system of governance and the very faith in our electoral integrity and institutions. International law describes an act of war as: The threat or use of force by one state against the “territorial integrity or political independence of any state.” Trying to overthrow our duly elected government is very much an act of war. US Code Treason: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death” US Code Rebellion and Insurrection: “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” US Code Seditious Conspiracy: If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. Donald J Trump and those who provided him aid and assistance are guilty of treason, rebellion and insurrection and seditious conspiracy. Those in power who refused to act in defense of our nation and constitution must be removed. I advise you to stop hitching your future to a traitorous felon. History will be unkind to you.
