Take Action to Protect Sanctuary Policies. I urge you to vote NO on H.R. 32, The No Bailout for Sanctuary Cities Act. This bill is a direct attack on our communities — threatening funding of our schools, hospitals, buses, shelters, legal aid departments and even our law enforcement agencies. The bill would cut federal funding to any state, city or locality deemed a "sanctuary" jurisdiction. We must not let President Trump hold our communities hostage, forcing us all to participate in his extremist, anti-immigrant political agenda or face the threat of losing badly needed federal funding. Please vote NO on this harmful bill.
