An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Fight back! Our future generations deserve clean air and water!

41 so far! Help us get to 50 signers!

Climate action is dead with climate denying Republicans controlling Congress. Since last January, the Trump administration has rolled back FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY protections and regulations related to climate, the environment, public lands, and environmental toxins. That’s more than any administration has rolled back in the history of the world – and Congressional Republicans are actively trying to defund the largest climate bill (that we passed under Joe Biden) to subsidize the fossil fuel industry. They are stealing our futures from us and future generations. Some of the damage done to the environment can never be repaired, those that die and develop chronic health conditions from pollutants may never recover, and the precious years of potential action that are being squandered we will never get back. How does Congress sit idly by as the GOP destroys more and more green land initiatives, forestry protection, and national parks, etc.? Fight back! Our future generations deserve clean air and water!
