Peace for Armenians 10-29-20

Sadly I need to write to you again today. The situation in Artsakh is dire, the city of Stepanakert is largely destroyed. Civilian areas are being targeted and illegal weapons are being used. There is already so much evidence to demonstrate that Azerbaijan and Turkey are the aggressors. Additionally, Turkey is causing problems all over the place. Isn’t it time to enact sanctions and take other measures against Turkey? The other thing that is worrisome is the riling up of anti-Armenian sentiment in other countries like France and here in the US.
