Ensure humane and just treatment of detainees

I would like Congress to ensure that all people detained by ICE are: 1) treated humanely at all times; 2) arrested only in accordance with warrants; and, if detained: 3) provided with access to attorneys; 4) provided with medical care; 5) provided with nutritious, adequate, and respectfully served food three times a day; 6) provided with blankets and appropriate clothing; 7) provided enough space to walk around and lie down; 8) provided with a bed or full size cot; 9) provided with reasonable darkness in which to sleep; 10) treated with respect 24/7. Detainees are people. Immigrants are people. Constitutional rights are for all people in our nation, whether citizens or not.
