Help Colorado be a leader in sustainable business and economics

One of the best jobs I had was the few months that I spent working for eco-cycle in Boulder Colorado. They are one of the most phenomenal forward looking organizations in the state in my opinion. They are working to pass House Bill 22-1159. House Bill 22-1159 will provide a robust local source for essential materials for manufacturing, including paper, glass, metal, and plastics. It will also reduce the amount of waste going to the landfill, reduce transportation costs and emissions, and create local jobs. HB22-1159 will create a Circular Economy Development Center that will grow existing and create new recycling and composting end markets. It will attract remanufacturers and entrepreneurs to the state and develop incentives for manufacturers to incorporate recycled materials into their products. It will provide the necessary infrastructure, logistics, and marketing to create a sustainable circular economy for recycled commodities. Please support this bill and let me know how you have done so.
