Slow Rubio's Sweeping Changes With Bipartisan Congressional Collaboration

Marco Rubio just released his rudimentary plan for upending the state department, and the stated changes, while not overly detailed, do appear to be sweeping and comprehensive. This administration is making huge changes to the American way of life, our global standing, and our domestic future, with little to no input from Congress. The ramifications of some of these changes could be monumental, and without congressional input, it looks a lot like one man deciding the far-reaching future of America without restraint or oversight. The Democrats do not have the numbers to balance the executive branch on their own- please start engaging in bipartisan collaboration to slow these changes down so you can make sure they are the right things to do.
